Robert Huffstodt - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Huffstodt joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in July 2001, and was named President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2001. In December 2002, he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.  Previously, Mr. Huffstodt was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Quatro Systems, Inc., a leading electronics manufacturing services provider in the Southwest. Prior to joining  Quatro, Mr. Huffstodt was President and Chief Executive Officer for Lukens Medical Corporation (NASDAQ:LUKN), a manufacturer of various medical devices, primarily surgical sutures, lancets, and other disposables. Mr. Huffstodt began his career as a Certified Public Accountant, and worked for the Metropolitan Services Group, a division of Price Waterhouse located in New York City and focused on smaller businesses. Mr. Huffstodt holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

William Benedict - Vice President and General Manager

Mr. Benedict began his career with the company in 2006 as Director of Operations and later served as Vice President, Technology and Compliance. He was promoted to his current position of Vice President and General Manager in 2013. While at PTS Diagnostics, he has implemented automation and lean manufacturing practices, and instituted continual auditing to maintain the highest levels of compliance. He now oversees executive management of PTS Diagnostics’ operations, including manufacturing, quality, IT, clinical, and regulatory. He is a member of the American Society of Quality, Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Stephen Riendeau - Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Riendeau joined the company in December of 2007 after 17 years of industry-wide sales experience with Specialty Laboratories, Inc., Myriad Genetic Laboratories, Orca Medical Systems, and Abbott Laboratories, Inc. His professional experience prior to PTS Diagnostics included the servicing of individual accounts, territory management, field sales management, and executive direction of corporate accounts. He now has overall responsibility for PTS Diagnostics’ global sales into all healthcare segments, sales distribution, as well as the development and execution of the company’s strategic sales plan.  Mr. Riendeau received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Cliffe AllenVice President, U.S. Sales

Mr. Allen joined the company as Regional Sales Director in October 2015, before being named Vice President, U.S. Sales in July 2016.  He came to PTS Diagnostics with over 28 years of experience in diagnostic and consumer healthcare with Glaxo SmithKline, Roche Diagnostics and Thermo Fisher Scientific.  His previous positions primarily focused on leading teams with responsibility for physician, hospital, managed care and retail partnerships.  He is now leading the PTS Diagnostics U.S. sales team in all segments, as well as the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.  Mr. Allen holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

Keith Moskowitz, PhD - Vice President, Technology & Development

Dr. Moskowitz has more than 30 years of leadership experience directing medical device R&D, liaison, strategy, and management, and is credited with more than a dozen FDA and internationally-cleared diagnostics, devices, and controls. He has led companies from start-up through growth modes, and now brings his expertise to PTS Diagnostics. Dr. Moskowitz received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University and a PhD in Biochemistry from Temple University School of Medicine, and is a member of several professional societies.  He is also a Master Project Manager, AAPM, and has numerous patent applications, publications, and published abstracts.

John Hurrell, PhD President of Asia Pacific

Dr. Hurrell joined PTS Diagnostics after serving as Senior Executive Vice President, International Business for Seegene Inc., a molecular diagnostics company located in South Korea. Prior to Seegene, he was President and General Manager of two Quest Diagnostics subsidiaries, and was responsible for growing the overall business of the subsidiaries.  He also has held senior leadership positions with Boehringer Mannheim (now Roche Diagnostics), Genzyme, TriPath Imaging, and Inproteo. Dr. Hurrell has a PhD from Melbourne University, Australia, and was a Fulbright Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Harvard Medical School.

Andy Anderson, MD - Medical Director

Dr. Anderson trained in Internal Medicine and specializes in Endocrinology. He has 35 years of clinical and research experience, including Interim CEO at Antigen Express, Inc.; Director and Senior Scientific Advisor of Generex Biotechnology Corporation; CEO and President of Symcopeia Company; Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine; and Senior Medical Director for Diabetes and Cardiometabolic Medicine at Eli Lilly and Company. Fellowships include the American College of Endocrinology and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK). Dr. Anderson has degrees from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans, and Centenary College of Louisiana. 

Mark Morgan - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Morgan joins PTS Diagnostics with over 25 years of global finance and administration experience in life science and medical devices. Mark will oversee all Finance and Accounting functions, as well as Human Resources. Mark brings expertise in providing strategic leadership and significant experience supporting R&D, Supply Chain, and IT with companies including Pfizer, Bayer and Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

Mark holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana State University and MBA from Illinois State University. He has been published in financial journals multiple times and has authored a book. Mark is also on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Paul Dreier, Sr. Director, PTS Services / Business Development

Mr. Dreier’s tenure at the company started in 2016 as the Senior Director of PTS Services.  His focus at PTS Diagnostics is on business development of the company’s informatics and non-device product lines.  His software and technology experience include over 25 years in the life sciences and defense industries.  Starting as a chemist, he grew to love software and analytical instrumentation, eventually moving into companies that focus on those products.  With a global experience in over 45 countries, Paul’s past positions include various executive and equity based management positions in product management/development, sales, marketing, and as a VP & General Manager.  Mr. Dreier earned his BSc. degree from Elmhurst College, and MBA in International Strategies from the Ohio State University.

Lance Bury, General Counsel

Mr. Bury joined PTS Diagnostics after serving as VP of Financial Reporting at ITT Educational Services, Inc. since 2014. At ITT, he held a senior leadership role that included overseeing legal and regulatory compliance.  Lance has held General Counsel and in-house legal positions at an investment banking firm, a software development company and a manufacturing company. His 20 plus years of legal experience includes eight years in private practice. Lance also has been a Project CFO at IBM, and a financial consultant for several Fortune 500 companies and KPMG. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and a B.A. in Accounting from Kean University.  In addition to being a licensed attorney, Lance is also a CPA and CFE.
