Jonathan Chapman
Luis O. González-Méndez is Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at PTS Diagnostics, where he leads manufacturing and operational functions across the organization. Previously, he served as Executive Director of Process R&D and Engineering at Trividia Health, overseeing process development and operations innovation across multiple sites. With over 20 years of experience in R&D, operations, and high-speed medical device manufacturing, he is recognized for driving smart manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 adoption in regulated industries. Luis began his career at Procter & Gamble, leading global development initiatives in advanced automation and operational excellence. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, and served in multiple board of Directors including FloridaMakes, advising on technology and South Florida Manufacturing Association. His passion lies in using AI, IoT, and automation to advance quality and manufacturing performance.
